Every student, no matter what their ability, is entitled to achieve to the very best of their potential. We have yet to meet a student who did not want to do better in school. Our job is to enable every student to understand how to succeed. We believe that the core purpose of our assessment and reporting system is to support students to make progress in their learning. We value the partnership between students, parents/carers and teachers.We are extremely proud to announce that our GCSE results for 5 A* to C grades, including English and Mathematics, have increased from 52% to 65%. We are delighted with this improvement of 13% and are very confident that this figure will increase even more next year. Our Year 13 results were outstanding, putting us in the top 10% of all institutions nationally for progress that students make at both A2 and BTEC.
